I had an excellent experience. I have a '18 Pacifica Hybrid. It's had a ton of software recalls & RRTs in my first year of ownership. I've been to a few dealers in the area and keep getting bad service. So another RRT, I thought I'd give another dealer a try.First, I love how you can schedule your appointment online. Not you fill out a form online and then someone calls you to ask you the same questions you already answered on the online form.Darrin was my service advisor. He was a good communicator about the status of my car. The dealership also has a coupon on its website for a free loaner for recalls which they honored.Hot tip: (I've only been here once) but I picked up my car on a Saturday morning which you should avoid at all costs because it's super busy. I assume every Saturday morning is like this but I could be wrong.

My first visit to Jack Powell Chrysler (10/20/18) ended with me trading in my 2014 Chrysler 300 for a 2017 Chrysler 300c. My new car has all the equipment i wanted and I believe I received a fair offer on the new car as well as a good trade in value. My Salesman Chris was very pleasant and not pushy. Only one point on the final docs did i disagree with and they removed it without a problem. The Sales manager Heimie (sp?) was friendly and easy to work with. He explained it all. Had a great experience with the team. They worked with me on making a good deal on a trade in and I was able to get an amazing Jeep. Working with Jonathan Casselman made things easy with no games. Will tell you everything straight to the point and if things can work they will make it happen. If you're interested in checking out the Jeep selection I would recommend this dealership as they have a huge selection. I prefer the two door Jeep Wranglers, but they have tons of four doors available. Additionally the new JL Jeep Wranglers are in stock. Anyways, go check it out and get your dream Wrangler like I did.
