Impressed by the new 2011 Dodge lineup I saw at a car show in the spring, I set out to find the right replacement for my wife's car. I visited numerous dealerships in Southern California and even Minnesota as my busy schedule allowed. I kicked a lot of tires and asked about a million questions, some of which had the salesmen scrambling for the answers! The first time I visited Jack Powell I met Esteban Zwirn. He said to call him EZ, which is appropriate because working with him was just that, easy! He listened to what I said, understood what my questions really were and gave me reliable answers instantly. In visiting so many dealerships trying to pinpoint exactly which model and what equipment I wanted, I had a chance to work with several sales people and I am very happy to say that none of them gave me the confidence that EZ did. His friendly attitude and thorough product knowledge were impressive but his character truly set him apart. You can't fake honesty and integrity. He told me from the beginning that he wanted to earn my business and let me tell you, he did! I know that he did it with the support ofthe sales team but he was out front, on point, earning my business every step of the way. He was responsive to and respectful of all of my concerns. The end result is an ex tremel y satisfied Jack Powell customer.
We love our new Durango RlT! Dodge really did put the "Sport" back in Sport Utility! I have bought eighteen vehicles, eleven of them new, in thirty years. As a car nut, I will only buy and drive cars that satisfy all the senses. This is the first time that I have felt completely satisfied with both the car and the purchase experience and I commend EZ for that. Your dealership has earned my business and every opportunity I have your dealership will get my referral.

I just wanted you to know that I bought a 1983 dodge half ton truck from you. You had just taken it out of the show room. I still have it. Runs good, been the best vehicle I ever owned. I put antique plates on it, but it still gets used for hunting and fishing. I only racked up 134,000 miles, if you can believe it. Once again, thanks. Everything is still original.

I wanted to drop you a line and thank you for the great support I got from Alan and your whole team on my 2009 Sebring convertible. When I brought it in for a strange groaning noise in the trunk I gave it at best a 30% chance you would find the problem. Not only did you find it but you did it in record time. I’ve been to a few dealerships to service this car and you guys are by far the best. Your courtesy and willingness to help even though I bought it elsewhere were fantastic. (and so was your courtesy driver)
I’ll be back for all my service needs and when my wife finally replaces her old Chevy mini-van we’ll come see you guys first.

Mr. Block,
I am writing to you, to let you know that Liz took care of some warranty work (brakes) we recently had done on our OLD Town and Country mini van. Liz kept in contact with me every other day and stayed on top of the repairs...
...It is never good getting the news on a repair bill... with Liz however it made the experience a little easier. So please, KUDOS"S to LIz! for great customer service. The van had even been cleaned, wow!
