Went there to buy a new Gladiator. The sales person was nice kept in contact until after the sale. I had questions about the expensive alarm security system. Found out it was only a tracking system. If you consider yourself an idiot then you should buy your car from Jack Powell because that is how you'll be treated the moment you actually need them for something. That's probably not accurate since an idiot is maybe acknowledged, even if for just being an idiot. At Jack Powell, you will not be acknowledged even though you bought your car from them. You won't exist. If it's too late and you didn't know better (like me), I don't mean you. Anyone else - you are an absolute fool to venture into that place.

Bought a jeep at the end of August and after 2 1/2 months we still have not received the registration. My husband has called and left several messages but no one will return his call. No one will answer the phone to the department that is supposed to handle the registration. He called other departments hoping for help, but no one is interested in helping.

My brother recently purchased a vehicle from them and was we drove 6 hours there to make the sale and purchase the car to bring back to Arizona. Horrible dealership, watch out for Store Manager Michael McGrath, and saleswomen “Abbi” Abigail Astudillo, they will try to con you any way they can. On 1/4/24 we Purchased a 2019 certified pre owned dodge caravan with 60k miles, and it had a bad transmission. These guys are real scam artists from the sales to finance to managers. They are a shame on the great manufacture of Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. Chrysler and Jack Powell are simply terrible. We dropped off our 2020 Grand Cherokee almost two months ago, which we purchased at Jack Powell, brand new!! They're committing auto fraud via false advertising. They advertised a vehicle for $20,900. I jumped through a number of hoops to have the vehicle inspected by an independent mechanic. I then went to excuse the sale and write them the funds and they tried to sneak in $2400 in “accessories (see small print below signature line). I escalated this to the sales manager and finally the owners of the dealership. They stated they cannot remove the accessory charges and promptly took down the ad to hide the false advertising. I’m filing a complaint with the FTC as well.

Jason was very helpful and got me a deal for 399/ month for 60 months at 5.74 APR. then when we finalized the paperwork it Fernando got it for 3.74%. Sales Person Art was great, however their finance person Fernando was awful! Gave us a lecture regarding our credit in the middle of their sales lounge. Fernando tried to add $2700 to our bottom line price with no explanation. When questioned about the additional money he walked away from us. Manager called as he noted there was a situation but has not returned our call to remedy the situation. Hope this hasn't happened to too many people who don't pay attention to the bottom line of the financing amount.

They never even heard of it which is shocking because that is there job to know. So I would not go to them for that reason which I find pretty weird that I know more then them which does not make sense since their a car dealership.

Just had recall work done to replace a windshield washer pump prone to fire on my new 2016 sedan. Amr was technician advisor. He did a fine job fitting me in, promised the car ready at a certain time and delivered. I heard a new popping noise after the recall work was completed, when engaging the "flash headlights" feature. Went in for one of the free oil changes they gave us when we bought our van. Omar helped me out and was crazy nice. They fixed another issue I had with a tire and washed and vacuumed everything for me before I left. Also, while I was waiting almost every person that worked there came up and chatted to me. Although a smaller dealership in size the sales team is plays in the big leagues. They do everything they can to get a deal done that the customer is happy with. I bought a commercial van and the business link salesman spend the better part of a full day helping me get the deal put together. It was a lot of work for him, yet he was pleasant and patient the entire time. I would not hesitate to recommend dealership to family or friends. I hope that service department is just as nice to work with; time will tell.

Purchase a new ram 1500. Has been in for warranty work 3times the first 7 months. The service department never answers the phone always goes to voice mail. Hard to understand how someone can be busy every time I call. 7 times in one day. I cannot except calls when I am working so it is important that they pick up the phone.

They had and have been for several years and were pleased. I found my first visit for service to be a good one. I went in for an Express Oil/Filter Change. I bought the 4-pack oil change service for $110 which is inclusive of the tax, disposal fees etc. These 4 oil changes cost $27.50 total out the door. And speaking of out the door, I was out the door in 45 minutes. They also conducted fluid level checks, brake pad wear, tire tread and other vehicle checks. Outstanding service and an outstanding value! The Express Service is definitely worth the wait. Kudos to Jack Powell Jeep Chrysler Dodge.

I love my Jeep Cherokee sport. I purchased the Basic model in early 2014 with the lifetime warranty. At first this car seemed a bit gutless but adjusting my driving habits bad things better. But, wait. 8 months and approximately 15000 miles on the car and this thing is burning rubber on asphalt, quickly reaching speeds up to 95 mph on the freeway. Washboard roads? whats that.
